1. General & Clinic Onboarding
HRCloud is an enterprise-grade cloud hospital and clinic management platform built for modern doctors, multi-specialty medical centers, and healthcare networks. It provides integrated Electronic Health Records (EHR), automated appointment scheduling, digital prescriptions (Rx), ward & bed occupancy management, and staff HR payroll.
Hospital administrators can navigate to Departments from the main menu, click "Add Department", and define ward names, bed capacity, operating theatre (OR) suites, and assign supervising chief medical officers.
Yes. HRCloud is built with Bootstrap 5.3 responsive architecture, ensuring full touch-optimized usability on iPads for bedside clinical rounding, smartphones for emergency alerts, and desktop monitors for hospital reception.
2. Appointments & Doctor Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through the Interactive Calendar or the reception desk. Patients receive automated SMS and WhatsApp confirmation links containing one-click reschedule options according to the doctor's real-time slot availability.
When an appointment type is designated as "Telehealth Video Call", a secure WebRTC encrypted video link is automatically generated. Both the attending physician and patient can join from any web browser without downloading third-party software.
3. Electronic Health Records (EHR) & Digital Prescriptions
Clinicians navigate to Digital Prescriptions, click "New Prescription", select the patient, input drug dosages and duration, and verify with their digital signature. The system generates an official printable Rx slip formatted for paper printing or direct PDF export.
Yes. Under Patient EHR Details, physicians have direct access to automated HL7 lab result panels (CBC, Lipid, Metabolic) and radiological attachments with integrated web viewers for DICOM, MRI, and CT scans.
4. Clinic Subscription, Billing & Insurance
HRCloud supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Stripe, and direct Hospital Wire/ACH bank transfers. All invoices are available for download on Subscription & Billing.
Patient insurance coverage (e.g. Aetna, Blue Cross, Medicare) is verified during admission. Pre-authorization claim documents are attached directly to the patient's EHR file, and patient copays are itemized automatically on invoice checkout.
5. HIPAA Compliance & Data Security
Yes. All database storage is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Full audit logs record every clinician view, modification, and download of patient medical history. Inactive doctor workstations are automatically protected by the Session Lock Screen.
